I stayed here for a short transit before heading to the New Zealand Rugby Museum, which is very close by. The room was quite spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it a pleasant stay overall. I was also impressed by the variety of options at breakfast, which really set a positive tone for the day.

Functional property, has very courteous staff from the receptionist to the restaurant staff. Spotless and updated unit with the photos supplied, a very comfortable large bed, for instance. Nice food and cold drinks. At 10 km distance from the airport.

Reception staff were very helpful. The food was good and the room was clean. The bathroom had plenty of room on the vanity for toilet bags etc., unlike many others we stayed at which had very little.
We had trouble in finding the Hotel. The address given, and the signage shown, did not direct you to the reception area.

spacious room, mini bar option, clean bathroom
The banging noise from the room above was annoying!!! It really feels like basic maintenance like window cleaning could be prioritized!!! Charging extra for room service is an outdated practice that feels cheap!!!

The room was clean and comfy, but the atmosphere in the restaurant could definitely use a bit more warmth and softer lighting. Breakfast staff were great, though!

Palmerston North vibes ☀️
Room was lekker spacious, and having that mini bar option after a concert was a lifesaver! The brekkie was a real delight. The staff in the restaurant were so friendly. Plus, the comfy bed was a win!
We did notice a bit of dust around, and the shower had a funny step up that could catch you off guard.
